Welcome to the first step in your contractor ferry reservation process. Our intent is to make the process more efficient while meeting your transportation needs. Employers and Contractors requesting access to the Employee/Contractor Ferry Reservation System (ECFRS) must complete and submit the following form in its entirety.

Eligibility

Employers - Employers with a physical Bald Head Island business address.

Contractor - Bona fide Contractors that regularly use the contractor ferry schedule (10 or more round trip transits per month) to conduct business on Bald Head Island.

Terms

1. Point of Contact (POC) is the person responsible for managing the business’s internal employee/contractor reservation program.

2. ECFRSs will be limited to one ticket per employee per reservation. No bulk reservations are available.

3. Access to the secured ECFRS website will be through a unique login email for each approved employer/contractor. Once access is approved, the Point of Contact will be contacted with their login information.

Important: Access to the ECFRS system is at the sole discretion of Bald Head Island Transportation, Inc. The ECFRS system is intended only for approved participants and their designated employees. Failure to properly manage and secure ECFRS system access may result in suspension or revocation of system access.
